The campaign has triggered Russia’s worst fuel crisis in years, causing widespread shortages at gas stations and dents in Moscow’s oil export revenue. Kyiv says the goal is simple: squeeze the economic engine funding Russia’s war machine, even as there’s little sign yet that it’s pushing Putin toward a peace deal.
